Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District
About the District
Metropolitan Districts 1-8
Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 1 has no existing mill levy set and at this time there is not discussion on issuing any future mill levies. At this time, there is no Long Term Financial Obligations, however there is anticipated debt to be issued by the District as development starts. The main function of the Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 1 is to construct water and sewer facilities, roads, and park and recreation facilities. Road and drainage facilities will be conveyed to El Paso County upon completion. The district will maintain certain neighborhood park and entry features. At this time the district is not anticipating providing any other primary functions. *Any future anticipated debt may be issued through a Capital Pledge Agreement between Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 1 and Mayberry Community Authority Board to pay the Long Term Financial Obligations that can be found by clicking here. *See map for a visual of property owned by the District.
Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 2 has an existing mill levy of 25.000 mills obligated to pay off Debt (see annual report) and 10.000 mills to fund operations and maintenance with the District; at this time there is not discussion on issuing any future mill levies. At this time, there is no discussion on any additional Long Term Financial Obligations anticipated by the District. Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 2 issued a Capital Pledge Agreement to the Mayberry Colorado Springs Community Authority Board to pay the Long Term Financial Obligations that can be found by clicking here. The Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 2 main function is to construct water and sewer facilities, roads, and park and recreation facilities. Road and drainage facilities will be conveyed to El Paso County upon completion. The District will maintain certain neighborhood park and entry features. Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 3 has an existing mill levy of 50.000 mills obligated to pay off Debt (see annual report),11.133 mills to fund operations and maintenance within the District, and 5.000 mills for covenant enforcement within the District; at this time there is not discussion on issuing any future mill levies. At this time, there is no discussion on any additional Long Term Financial Obligations anticipated by the District. Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 3 issued a Capital Pledge Agreement to the Mayberry Colorado Springs Community Authority Board to pay the Long Term Financial Obligations that can be found by clicking here. The Mayberry Colorado Springs Metropolitan District No. 3 main function is to construct water and sewer facilities, roads, and park and recreation facilities.
