Landscape Fee: The monthly landscape fee is set to $75 per quarter for the purpose of maintaining all public landscaping and certain public fencing within each residential lot described as follows:
The landscaping, including lawns, trees, and shrubbery, located in the front and slightly to the side of the residential structure, and in front of the side yard fencing installed by Mayberry Communities, LLC.
